Terms & Conditions fabric stocks

  1. Order processing is generally done within 10 working days.

  2. No exchange, no refund except in exceptional cases

  3. A trimming margin of 5cm or less is acceptable. If the fabric has any other defect/stain/etc. for a credit arrangement, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving the fabric. Beyond this period, no agreement will be made.

  4. A defect of any kind (stain, hole, color, deformation, etc.) at 5cm or less on each side is acceptable

  5. Colors may vary from print to print.

  6. The total quantity may be split without notice depending on stock availability

  7. In the case of a shorter or missing fabric during the preparation of your order, a proportional refund will be made to you without notice.

Terms & Conditions pre-order fabrics
 (pre-orders are for informed customers. Fabrics may arrive with defects and even be missing, which causes missing quantities in certain orders)

  1. Order processing is usually done within 12 weeks. It can be lengthened according to the problems encountered during the treatment. No cancellations or refunds in the event of an unscheduled extension of processing time.

  2. No exchange, no refund except in exceptional cases.

  3. A trimming margin of 5cm or less is acceptable. If the fabric has any other defect/stain/etc. for a credit arrangement, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving the fabric. Beyond this period, no agreement will be made.

  8. Fabrics may arrive with the wrong size scale. In this case, a 50% increase in size is acceptable and will be delivered to you as is. The fabrics printed in Quebec are larger by 5 to 20%.


Cancellation of orders

No cancellation of order is authorized after reception of the payment except exceptions. Only store credit will be given where applicable. It is important to note that a management fee may be deducted from the cancellation of an order.

Promo Codes

No order cancellation related to a forgotten promotional code. No credit granted in the case of forgetting to register the promotional code when placing the order.

Customer loyalty card

For any purchase in the shop you have the opportunity to accumulate loyalty points which can be exchanged for fabrics or sewing accessories on our website. Points are redeemable (not redeemable for cash) in whole or in part. You can have access to freebies depending on the number of points accumulated. Points are not retroactive to previous orders before the entry into force of the loyalty card.
